1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the SlotZone platform — whether through the website at slotzone.best, a mobile browser, or any other interface we provide — you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using SlotZone immediately and close your account if one has been created.

These Terms apply to all users of SlotZone, including visitors who have not created an account but are browsing the platform. Registration constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of all Terms, including any additional rules for specific games or promotions which may be published separately on the SlotZone platform.

2 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use SlotZone, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and for the entire duration of your account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. SlotZone is strictly an 18+ platform and we enforce this without exception.
• You must be physically located within the Philippines at the time of placing bets or engaging in real-money gaming activity.
• You must not be subject to any court order, legal restriction, or regulatory prohibition that would prevent you from participating in online gaming.
• You must be acting on your own behalf — not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of SlotZone or any of its affiliated companies.
• Your participation must not violate any applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

SlotZone reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and location at any time. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately and funds may be withheld pending investigation.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each player may hold only one active account on SlotZone. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, SlotZone reserves the right to close all associated accounts and confiscate any balances therein.

3.1 Registration Information

When creating your SlotZone account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

Before processing any withdrawal, SlotZone will require verification of your identity through our Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You will be asked to submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID — such as a PhilSys card, passport, driver's license, or UMID. Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your SlotZone login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. SlotZone will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or any other channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team at support@slotzone.best immediately.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on SlotZone are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). SlotZone does not charge any fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. All deposits are credited instantly for supported payment channels including GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, InstaPay, PESONet, and Visa/Mastercard.

4.1 Minimum Transactions

• Minimum single deposit: ₱100
• Minimum single withdrawal: ₱200

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 to 60 minutes during operating hours for verified accounts. SlotZone reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or accounts flagged for unusual activity. All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the account holder's own name.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Deposited funds that have not been wagered at least once may be subject to a processing review. Where a bonus has been claimed, the corresponding wagering requirements must be met before the bonus-linked funds can be withdrawn. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

SlotZone offers a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and event-specific promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general conditions below.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the promotion details. Unless otherwise specified, only real-money wagers count toward wagering requirements — bets placed with bonus funds do not contribute to their own rollover unless explicitly stated.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

• Only one welcome bonus per person, household, IP address, or payment method.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• SlotZone reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Any attempt to abuse or manipulate bonus conditions — including but not limited to arbitrage, low-risk wagering patterns designed to meet rollover without genuine gaming intent — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account termination.

5.3 Refer a Friend

The SlotZone Refer a Friend program is governed by its own specific terms, available on the Refer a Friend page. Both the referrer and referee must meet eligibility requirements for the referral bonus to be credited.

6 Betting Rules

All sports bets and casino game results on SlotZone are final once confirmed. Before placing a bet, review the odds and stake carefully — once submitted, bets cannot be edited or cancelled. SlotZone reserves the right to void bets in specific circumstances as described below.

6.1 Void Bets

A bet may be voided and stakes refunded in the following circumstances:

• The event or match is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum play time required for settlement.
• A technical error on the SlotZone platform resulted in incorrect odds being published at the time of bet placement.
• The event is ruled a No Contest under the applicable governing body's rules.
• SlotZone determines that the bet was placed using information unavailable to the general public (match fixing, inside information).

6.2 Maximum Winnings

SlotZone applies maximum payout limits per event and per player. These limits vary by sport, market, and account tier and are displayed within the relevant sections of the platform. Winnings that exceed these limits will be capped at the stated maximum for that market.

6.3 Live / In-Play Betting

Live betting markets close and update rapidly. SlotZone is not responsible for bets placed during connectivity interruptions, though we will use our best efforts to honour confirmed in-play bets that were accepted by our system prior to any outage.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on SlotZone and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one SlotZone account.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the SlotZone platform in any way.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other method to disguise your true location or identity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in money laundering or using SlotZone to process the proceeds of illegal activity.
• Placing bets on behalf of another person without their explicit consent and full knowledge.
• Attempting to access SlotZone systems or data without authorisation, including hacking attempts.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

SlotZone reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached these Terms. In the event of an account closure due to Terms violations, SlotZone may confiscate any remaining balance.

Players may close their own SlotZone account at any time by contacting our support team. Any genuine real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure (excluding bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements) will be refunded to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

SlotZone collects and processes personal data in accordance with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). 10 Responsible Gaming

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SlotZone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, service interruptions, or any other losses.

SlotZone's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

SlotZone does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure at all times. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain service continuity and to notify players in advance of any scheduled maintenance.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the SlotZone platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, software, game assets, interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of SlotZone or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any SlotZone content without express written permission. Any unauthorised use of SlotZone intellectual property may result in legal action.

13 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to applicable law, that provision shall be severed from the Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14 Amendments to These Terms

SlotZone reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of SlotZone following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
